Created as a result of the merger between Hospice Cleveland County and Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region, Hospice Cleveland County Foundation received approval as a 501(c)(3) public charity on October 13, 2020. In 2026, the Foundation transitioned to private foundation status and continues to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes in service to our community.
